Key Account Manager

The role of this position is to :

* Identify channel universe, contribute to set channel priorities.
* Negotiate on agreement and maintain long term relationship with outlets.
* Develop relevant trade promotion (in store POS placement) and consumer activation to generate brand presence and sales increase.
* Develop account profile and monitor account performance in line with previously defined target.
* Providing report on market trend and competitor activities to internal MDC ( Modern Distribution Channels ) team and recommend action plan.
* The qualifications are:
* University graduates in any discipline
* Proven track in managing National Account
* Solid experience in Sales Management
* Strong financial analysis
* Excellent knowledge in trade dynamics and brand activities in trade level
* Min 2 - 3 proven, successful & sustained track record within a Major FMCG company
* Fluent in English both verbal & written
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities
* Effective and successful negotiation skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to be placed at Jakarta
