1. BANQUET / GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR

JOB FUNCTION

Responsible for overseeing the entire event assigned (set-up, staffing, food, AV)
Inspect the scheduled function area/room for cleanliness, working condition and proper furniture/equipment set up; rectify any deficiencies with respective departments
Meet group coordinator/host prior to function, make introduction and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable
Exhibit proper knowledge of Beverages and Menu items
Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

* Bachelor Degree Management Hotel / Hospitality Industry

* At least three years previous experience at a major as a Banquet Supervisor

* Four plus years previous catering and banquet experience

* Working knowledge of all beverage product, menu items and kitchen equipment

* Knowledge about all health and safety regulations

* Good communication skills

* Ability to read and write in English

* Flexible work schedule

* Excellent organizational skills with ability to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail

* Effective listening abilities and be able to make strong judgment calls

* Physical stamina and proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, management, and other employees while working under pressure and meeting deadlines

* Ability to work in a climate controlled environment

2. HR Manager

QUALIFICATION:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in HR Management, Psychology, or Law

* 5 years related experience

* Experience in handling mass number of employees

* Ability to formulate and implement HR strategy & policies to drive performance

Having HR SAP background

* Having Government Regulation knowledge

* Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill

3. Training Officer

GENERAL QUALIFICATION

* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

* Up to 5 years working experience in training and development

* Maximum age 35 years old

* Having good communication and presentation skill

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Develop training needs analysis

* Develop training materials and modules

* Organize & deliver training development occasion
